Closing & Walk-through

After you receive an estimate of final cost and down payment from your lender, you’ll get a closing disclosure with your final cost before the actual closing day. Before everything is finalized, there will be a final walk- through of your new home. We will review those costs, and you will wire the money to the closing company.
